Sync with Slack

 
If you use Slack, you will appreciate to receive your new leads in real time into a "Slack Channel".

With Slack, your sales team will view incoming Leads in Slack even before they finish completing your online Forms, they can act right away to close the sale.
How to setup ?

Configuration is pretty easy, it should take no more that 3 minutes.

Step 1: Create a new Slack Webhook for your team on this URL (change with your own Slack-team-name):

GOOGLE ANALYTICS EVENTS : MEASURE YOUR CONVERSIONS IN GOOGLE ANALYTICS

 
ManyContacts can send "events" in your google analytics so you can track your conversions straight in your Google Analytics account.

1) Allow ManyContacts to push events in your Google Analytics account. Visit your ManyContacts dashboard and activate this option in 1 click:

2) wait 24 hours for Google Analytics to compile your event's data, then go to your Analytics account, in the left menu go to BEHAVIOR > EVENTS > OVERVIEW   -> all your manycontacts conversions are displayed in the "Event ACTION" tab.

Actions are: Call (received a call), Display Map, Email, View Facebook, View Linkedin, View Twitter, etc...

3) if you use other events, you can identify the ManyContacts events with the Category "ManyContacts" and/or the Label "Contact-bar", "Overlay",...

INsert an image in your overlay & fullscreens

 
It is possible to add a picture in your ManyContacts "overlays" and "full-screens".

Step 1: Go to your App setting's page:

Step 2: Host your image on the web. You can host is on your server but you can also use a third party service like tipypict.

Then edit the Text field in your ManyContacts App settings and inject the following HTML code:

A/B testing with manycontacts

 
What is an A/B test:
With ManyContacts you can create multiple version of your contact bars and of your pop-up. ManyContacts will display each version randomly and will tell you which version gets the best conversion rate.

Technical information:
- When a version is display to a visitor, this visitor will always see the same version of the AB test, unless you delete this version.
- You can always create or delete an A/B test, it will not delete the contacts that you have collected with this test. 

Where to start:
Go to your overview page. When you start an A/B test it will always use the configuration of the latest app that you have create. In the test you can change the color of the App, change the text or anything else.

Analyzing the results and taking action:
After few days, you will the stats of each test. Then you can choose to delete the App version which provides the worst results (the worst conversion rate). Advice: for better relevancy, wait until each test receives few hundreds conversions.

Adwords conversions tracking

 
 Adwords is expensive (up to 600 USD per click), with ManyContacts you can now track if your Adwords traffic is converting into customers. Most Adwords buyers do not track their conversions, it is like pouring money down the drain.

What is a conversion ? 
Every time a visitor on your website use your ManyContacts widgets to call you, to send an email, to fill a contact form or to subscribe to your mailing list. When these actions occur we fire the "Adwords Conversion Tracking code" and you can monitor the results in your adwords account.

ManyContacts tracks the conversions on your website and send this information to Adwords
Every time a visitor fills your manycontacts widgets the conversion is pushed to your Adwords account. You can then monitor the best converting Keywords and Campaigns.

This operation takes 2 to 5 minutes.

Step 1: Go to your Adwords account  >>
top menu >> Tools >>  Conversions

Step 2: Create a new +CONVERSION (or edit an existing one)

Step 4: name is "ManyContacts" or "ManyContacts Conversion"

Step 5: set an estimated value of your online prospect. How much would you pay to receive a call or an eMail from a new prospect ? 

Example: a lawyer could pay up to $3000 for a new prospect while a restaurant would probably pay only few bucks.

Step 6: when you are done with the configuration of the "Conversions" , you have to copy this piece of code into your ManyContacts account.

FINAL COMMENT: it can take up to 24 hours before the conversions are monitored by Google Adwords.
